Joanne Ruocco has a strong NJ / NY musical background and legacy of working with artists such as Paul Weller of Style Council, the legendary Chuck Berry, Billy Ocean, Kylie Minogue and others. Joanne is now exploring her gift for comedy through the voice of Dolly Payne in Season 2. She is also a songwriter, composer, and co-creator / script consultant for the Lizzie series.
